When you tap "Redeem Drink" in the Panera app, a 2-hour countdown starts. Your next free drink unlocks exactly 2 hours later. The timer runs even if you leave the cafe.
No Daily Limit Beyond the Timer
There is no cap on how many drinks you can get per day. If you are at the cafe all day, you could get 5 to 6 drinks: 7 AM, 9 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM, 3 PM, 5 PM. The only limit is the 2-hour gap.
Plan Your Morning Routine
Grab coffee at 7 AM on your commute. By 9 AM you can get an iced tea or lemonade at the office Panera. Two free drinks before lunch without breaking the cooldown rule.
Works Across Locations
The timer is tied to your account, not the store. If you get coffee at one Panera, you can redeem your next drink at a completely different location 2 hours later.
