Broccoli Cheddar is on the menu at nearly every cafe, and at $5.57 a cup it costs the same as almost every other cup on the menu, so the choice is about who is eating rather than about squeezing the bundle. Caesar keeps a salad on the table that children will actually eat.

Yes, within the eligible list. The four halves can all be different, and the soup and salad are chosen at the counter. Anything outside the list, or an upgrade, is charged on top.
