The figures below are Panera's own, for the 40 drinks it publishes them for. Panera lemonade caffeine is the question people ask most since the Charged Lemonade went, and the answer is none: the agave lemonade has zero, and the refreshers that replaced it carry 48mg. The one that surprises people: a cup of hot coffee at 189mg carries more than a Caffe Latte at 126mg, because a latte is mostly milk.

Watch the fountain, not the counter: the agave lemonade is 210 calories and the frescas and refreshers are 190, all of it sugar, and all of it free with the subscription, which is exactly why it is easy to drink several. Ask for Light Ice
Ice takes up room in the cup, so asking for light ice, or pouring less at the self-serve station, leaves more space for the drink itself. It works for iced coffee, iced tea and anything from the fountain.
Mix Your Own Arnold Palmer
Fill half your cup with unsweetened iced tea and half with regular lemonade at the self-serve station. You get a classic Arnold Palmer with half the sugar of regular lemonade.
Sip Club Members: Time Your Visits
You can get one drink every 2 hours. If you work near a Panera, grab a morning coffee at 8 AM and come back for an iced tea at lunch. That is two free drinks against the $14.99 the month costs.
Coffee is the strong one, not the sweet one
A cup of Cafe Blend is 189mg, more than the Caffe Latte at 126mg and more than any refresher on the fountain. If you are watching caffeine, the plain black coffee is the drink to count. The FDA puts 400mg a day at the edge of safe for most adults, which is two cups.
